Lohan Ratwatte Arrested in Katugastota

COLOMBO (News 1st); Former State Minister Lohan Ratwatte was arrested in the Katugastota area.
Police Spokesperson, DIG Nihal Thalduwa, stated that Ratwatte was taken into custody on charges of using an illegally assembled vehicle.
The vehicle in question was discovered at a residence in the Mirihana area recently.
A team of police officers visited to Katugastota this morning and arrested Ratwatte.
Further investigations are ongoing.
