Sixth Suspect Arrested in Shocking Middeniya Triple Killing

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka Police apprehended another suspect in connection with the brutal triple homicide that shocked the Middeniya community. 

The arrest took place in the Weeraketiya Wakamulla area, according to police reports.

Officers from the Tangalle Division Criminal Investigation Department (CID) detained the suspect, a 37-year-old resident of Hakuruwela. 

This arrest brings the total number of suspects in custody to six.

The tragic incident occurred on February 18th, when Aruna Vidanagamage and his two children were fatally shot, and killed.
